LA Lots Popular at the GC

LOT 590

LA enjoyed a positive start to the Australasian yearling sales series with the farms three yearlings at this week's Gold Coast Magic Millions Sale all finding favour from some of the most successful training establishments in Australia.

As expected the Per Incanto – Lancashire Lass colt generated a great deal of interest, with Lindsay Park Racing, who have enjoyed so much success in recent seasons with progeny of the stallion, outlaying $325,000 to secure the athletic bay colt.

Leading Sydney trainers Annabel Neasham and Rob Archibald, with assistance from William Johnson Bloodstock, purchased the Hello Youmzain – Uncovered Beauty filly for $200,000, and the Sword of State filly from the All Too Hard mare Windermere went to Kennewell Racing/Group 1 Bloodstock for $140,000.

The sales series now moves to Karaka with the NZB National Yearling Sales commencing on 26 January. LA’s draft of 19 Book 1 yearlings are highlighted by 10 lots by Per Incanto.
