Per Incanto Te Aroha Winner Guineas Bound

Inca Warrior (Per Incanto-Playing For Keeps by Keeper) capped some strong juvenile form to register a deserved win in the Maiden 1200m at Te Aroha on Sunday in a performance that was equally as notable for the withering finish by the Nadeem debutant Miss Campbell (Nadeem-Polyana by Pyrus) to run second.

Connections of Inca Warrior are targeting the Listed HS Dyke Wanganui Guineas on 9 September for their progressive Per Incanto three-year-old.

While Inca Warrior comfortably accounted for his older rivals, Miss Campbell, whose finish clearly impressed commentator George Simon, looks another promising type by her sire.

History, tradition, family, good values and lots of fun. Also when we inspect an LA yearling we do so with confidence in the horses’ upbringing, soundness and temperament. It’s a theory that has worked well because with Dominic we’ve bought the likes of Redeem The Dream and the stakeswinner Sir Lovesalot
