Winners Continue for Per Incanto

A stallion increasingly accustomed to producing results in pairs or even trebles, Per Incanto sired another feature raceday double at Hastings on Saturday, and just for good measure, three runners-up and a third place getter.

Satu Lagi (Per Incanto-La Singa by Danasinga) joined a host of recent three-year-old winners by his sire when he took out the R75 1300m, his third win in seven career starts, while the highly consistent four-year-old mare La Mia Stella (Per Incanto- O’Stellar by O’Reilly) was a deserving winner of the rating 82 1400m.

Nadeem filly Mohaka (Nadeem-Diplomacy y No Excuse Needed) added more black-type to her impressive record, running a bold second to the New Zealand Oaks runner-up Hold The Fort in the Listed (2000m) New Zealand Bloodstock Warstep Stakes at Riccarton, while further north Shared Secrets (Nadeem-Eva Kelly by O’Reilly) outstayed her rating 72 opposition over 2500m at Hastings.

History, tradition, family, good values and lots of fun. Also when we inspect an LA yearling we do so with confidence in the horses’ upbringing, soundness and temperament. It’s a theory that has worked well because with Dominic we’ve bought the likes of Redeem The Dream and the stakeswinner Sir Lovesalot
