Per Incanto’s outstanding Australian season continued on Saturday siring winners on the Rosehill and Flemington programmes.
In-form mare Marble Arch justified her short-priced favouritism to win over 1600m at Flemington; the third success in her current preparation.
The Goodwood stud bred 5yo mare now has a record of 8 wins from 20 career starts with a further 4 placings, for stake earnings of A $570,000
In Sydney, the LA bred Swift Charm (Per Incanto – Real Angel by O'Reilly) was successful over 1400m, taking his record to 21 starts for 4 wins and 7 minor placings and stake earnings of A$205,000. Swift Charm was a $150,000 purchase from LA’s 2019 NZB Karaka Book 2 draft.
Per Incanto is represented by 29 yearlings at the NZB National Yearling Sales which get underway at Karaka on January 26. LA’s has an outstanding lineup of nine yearlings by the sire in its Book 1 draft.
LA’s draft has arrived on site at Karaka will and is available for parading from Monday 20 January in D block.
