Exciting Per Incanto Galloper Resumes

Tuesday at Warrnambool sees the much-anticipated return to the races of (Our) Wind Spirit (Per Incanto-Timpin by Pins).

The Heather and Peter Crofskey bred 4YO was sold to Australian interests after running third on debut at Te Aroha in April last year.

Unbeaten in two Australian starts, the Lindsey Smith trained gelding is a short-priced favourite to make a winning return off a ten-month break.

A win by Our Wind Spirit would continue a very good Australian streak for Per Incanto, one which has seen impressive debut wins by Lost and Running (breaking a class record) and Icantoo.

History, tradition, family, good values and lots of fun. Also when we inspect an LA yearling we do so with confidence in the horses’ upbringing, soundness and temperament. It’s a theory that has worked well because with Dominic we’ve bought the likes of Redeem The Dream and the stakeswinner Sir Lovesalot
