Race favourite Evaporate (Per Incanto-Savanna by Animal Kingdom) lost few admirers with a typically brave performance to finish 2nd in the inaugural running of the $3.5 million NZB Kiwi at Ellerslie on Saturday.
Bred by LA, who also share in his ownership, the Per Incanto gelding took his stake earnings to $1.25 million with Saturday's effort.
The farm has shares in Enriched, who won a stakes race at Randwick and Tardelli, who scored impressively in the last at Ellerslie. Both are colts by I Am Invincible.
