More Black-Type for Nadeem Mare
Taranaki mare Tinkalicious (Nadeem-Tinkermia by Johar) added a further Group 3 placing to her impressive resume with a typically courageous effort to finish a close third in the 1400m Group 3 J Swap Contractors Sprint at Te Rapa on Saturday.
Placed in the Group 3 Cuddle Stakes behind Concert Hall back in March, the 6YO Nadeem mare is in career best form and a credit to trainer Janelle Millar and her team.
At Awapuni on Saturday, Roydon Bergerson’s well bred charge Kapinos (Savabeel – Karla Bruni by Pins) franked his second placing on resuming at Wanganui to land the R65 1200m. The form of the lightly raced Lorraine Jameson bred 4YO is timely with LA set to offer his full brother as LOT 10 in the NZB Book 1 Sale on 26 January.
