Nadeem sired his 19th individual stakes winner and his third in 2020, with the deserved success of the Guy Lowry and Grant Cullen trained Mohaka (Nadeem-Diplomacy by No Excuse Needed) in the Listed 2100m Ricoh Fielding Gold Cup at Awapuni on Saturday.
Bred by Pat Lowry and raced by Pat along with L. Vickers, E. Hobson and F and J Coates, the consistent mare, who had three black-type placings before Saturday’s success, had never been further than 1600m previously.
With a stakes winners to runners percentage of 6.2, only bettered by Savabeel and Darci Brahma amongst domestic stallions, Nadeem is unquestionably the best value for money stallion in NZ at his 2020 service fee of $4,000 plus GST.
