Per Incanto Popular at Sydney Easter

It's been a few hot cross buns since LA sold in their own right at the Inglis Easter Yearling sale, so it was great to be back at Riverside this week with five outstanding yearlings.

Per Incanto's two lots in the sale realised $645,000 with LA’s colt from the Fully Fledged mare Miss Contessa, pictured, for his breeders John and Adrienne O'Brien, selling to Michael Freedman, Mick Wallace and My Racing for $325,000. This week's results capped an enormous Australasian yearling sales series for Per Incanto that saw 32 yearlings sell for an average of NZ$198,000 or 7.92 times service fee.

Michael Freedman and Mick Wallace for Gandharvi also purchased LA’s Savabeel – Tsukioka filly for $150,000.

The farm would like to extend a big vote of thanks to all its clients and buyers for the trust placed in LA across the yearling sales series and Sam and Catriona would like to acknowledge their incredible staff who went the extra mile to care and present the various yearling drafts.

Confidence in knowing that buying an LA product it has being raised properly and with their record of success in black-type racing you have a better than even chance of the horse competing at the pinnacle of Australasian racing
