Per Incanto's 24th Stakes Winner

With a resume that includes second placings to rising star Duais and Amarelinha in Group 1 Oaks events last season, Charms Star (Per Incanto-Anniesstar by Zed) was a deserved winner of the Group 3 JAPAC Homes Manawatu Breeders Stakes at Awapuni on Friday, giving Per Incanto his 24th individual stakes winner.

Bred by LA and Pete and Chrissie Algie, Charms Star was a $65k purchase by Lisa Latta from LA’s 2019 Karaka Book 2 draft.

Charms Star is the 4th individual stakes winner from LA’s 2019 Karaka draft, which has also included three further stakes performers.
