RTR Lot Full Brother to Exciting Hong Kong Sprinter
Classic Unicorn (Per Incanto-Grace and Eva by Stravinsky) who burst on the scene with two scintillating wins at his first two starts in Hong Kong last year turned on another display of sheer speed on Wednesday evening when making a winning debut for the new season, in the process focusing buyers attention on his full brother who is LOT 218 in next month’s NZB Ready to Run Sale.
Bred by Masterton’s Little Avondale Stud in partnership with Buzz Williams, the chestnut colt sells under the banner of leading consignor Riversley Park.
Classic Unicorn, who was passed in at the 2017 NZB RTR Sale, was purchased for Hong Kong after he won a 1000m trial at Avondale by 12 lengths as a spring 3YO.
Per Incanto, a familiar name at the top of the NZ sires premiership and the third leading NZ sire in Hong Kong last season, has 10 juveniles entered for this year’s sale which is conducted over two days at Karaka from 18 November.
