Consistent stakes performer Belle Fascino (Per Incanto-Playing For Keeps by Keeper) secured a well deserved black-type win in the 1600m Group 3 White Robe Lodge WFA at Wingatui on Saturday.
The Goodwood Stud bred seven-year-old mare has been a model of consistency throughout her 48 start career, recording eight wins and ten placings, including four at black-type level, for stake earnings of $173k.
Belle Fascino is Per Incanto’s 18th individual stakes winner and continues a purple patch for her sire which has seen exciting filly Bonham take out the Group 1 Levin Classic and Saracino add another black-type placing to his Australia record.
For good measure, Per Incanto extended his lead on the NZ sires premiership for winners with Desert Magic’s success at Wingatui.
