Exciting Results For Little Avondale Over The Weekend

On Saturday in Hong Kong, the Tony Cruz trained 3YO Regency Bo Bo (Denman-Tsukioka by Flying Spur), such an impressive winner on debut their last month, scored another win over 1400m.

Bella Court (Per Incanto-Belle Chantecler by Redoute’s Choice) looked to be returning to the form which saw her placed twice at Group level last season with a strong win in the R75 1500m at Awapuni on Sunday.

On Friday at Ashburton the 3YO Don Carlo (Per Incanto-Turf Fire by O’Reilly) recorded his second win from three starts when beating the older R75 horses over 1200m, while two races later the Don Gordon and LA bred mare Hot Tempo (Per Incanto-Dause Sauvage by Montjeu) scored comfortably in the R65 1400m.

The form of Nadeem’s oldest NZ crop of 3YO’s continued last week with the Gary Vile trained filly Xcessory (Nadeem-Our Shinia by Marju) winning over 1200m.

First and foremost, stockman and people whose interest in the animal translates into an innate ability to read how a horse will develop.
