Double For Per Incanto

Fibonacci ‘s(Per Incanto-Da Vinci Code by Danasinga) three length win at Otaki on Boxing Day, the second leg of another multi win raceday for Per Incanto, was timely as LA in partnership with Fibonacci’s trainer, co-breeder and part owner Stephen Mercer, offer a full brother as LOT 638 in the Karaka Select Sale.

Coming off a maiden success at 2200m, Des and Kay Fleming’s mare Amorata (Per Incanto-Alyssum by Prized) rounded out the Otaki double with another strong staying performance to land the R65 2300m.

Per Incanto’s Boxing Day double gives him six domestic winners in eight days and stands him fourth on the NZ Sires Premiership.

History, tradition, family, good values and lots of fun. Also when we inspect an LA yearling we do so with confidence in the horses’ upbringing, soundness and temperament. It’s a theory that has worked well because with Dominic we’ve bought the likes of Redeem The Dream and the stakeswinner Sir Lovesalot
