The last foaling for the season was certainly worth waiting up for.
Shortly before mid-night on Friday, Cent From Heaven, the dam of Group 1 winning two-year-old Dal Cielo (Per Incanto) and Group 3 winner Eloa (Volksraad), delivered a brown filly by Per Incanto. She is the spitting image of her full brother Dal Cielo; however she won’t see the sale ring and will be retained to race in the LA colours.
Friday’s foal is Cent From Heaven’s last as she retires from motherhood to keep a grandmotherly eye on the foals at LA.
