Per Incanto has followed in the footsteps of Nadeem, last season, with his son Lightning Jack (Per Incanto – La Petite by Savabeel) landing Saturdays Listed Southland Guineas at Ascot Park.
Last month Lightening Jack had taken out the first leg of the Southern Guineas Series winning the Listed Gore Guineas.
Nadeems son Airmax (Nadeem – Steel Stiletto’s by Hussonet) won two of the three legs of the Southern Guineas series for 3YO’s.
Lightening Jack, who is Per Incanto’s 15th individual stakes winner, is down to run next in the Group 2 Wellington Guineas at Trentham.
