Randwick trainer John O’Shea has informed Racing NSW stewards that his star sprinter Lost And Running (NZ) (Per Incanto {USA}) won’t contest the upcoming G1 The Galaxy this Saturday. The 6YO gelding has had filling applied to his near-fore pastern, with O’Shea advising that he would keep stewards informed of the horse’s progress in the coming days.
Lost And Running was due to meet a sprinting field on Saturday that included old foe Eduardo (Host {Chi}), but also new guns In The Congo (Snitzel) and Cannonball (Capitalist). The horse still holds a nomination for the G1 TJ Smith S. during The Championships.
