Following last weekend’s results which yielded three stakes placegetters, including a Group 1 third, the bull run of Nadeem (Redoute’s Choice-Candide by Sound Reason) continued this week in Australia, highlighted by another success for promising filly Our Harmony (Nadeem-Pantenny by Canny Lad).
Our Harmony who came from last at the turn to win over 1000m at the feature Victorian meeting on Wednesday, was registering her third win in just six starts. The David Brideoake bred and trained filly joins a host of promising three-year-old fillies this season by Nadeem, whose 12 individual stakeswinners include the healthy balance of seven males to five females.
In Adelaide on Saturday, Redeem Bounty (Nadeem-Sparkling Bounty by Celestial Bounty) appreciated the better track conditions to win over 1400m.
LA broodmare Rivertaine had a week to remember in Australia. Rapidus (Darci Brahma-Rivertaine by Centaine) made it a personal double for the week when he won over 2365m in New South Wales on Friday, while Saturday saw a fine performance by her promising staying son Shotover River (Savabeel-Rivertaine by Centaine) to lump 59kgs to success over 1800m in Queensland.
