Per Incanto has another 2YO potentially earmarked for the Karaka Million.
A fortnight after the Haunui farm bred Spellbound placed in a listed event at Pukekohe, the LA bred Incandescent (Per Incanto-Saint Katarina by Snitzel) produced an impressive debut at Ellerslie, coming from off the pace to win by nearly two lengths over 1100m.
Bred by LA, Incandescent was a $200,000 purchase by the TAB Racing Club from LA’s 2025 NZB Karaka book 1 draft. With the Club winding up its activities recently, My Racehorse have purchased the promising gelding.
Incandescent is now a $6 second favourite for the Karaka Millions.
