There are few gamer horses in commission than Short Fuse (Per Incanto-Only Explosive by One Cool Cat) and the Per Incanto mare was duly rewarded for her consistency with success in the rating 72 1200m event at the Premier Saturday meeting at Te Rapa on Saturday.
Trained by Graham Richardson and Gavin Parker, the four year-old mare has the fine record of three wins, eight seconds and three third placings from 23 career starts.
