International Demand for Per Incanto at RTR Sale

Once again, Per Incanto’s standing in NZ’s two most influential overseas markets was starkly evident over two days of spectacular selling at the NZB Ready to Run Sale at Karaka which finished on Thursday evening.

The son of Street Cry had eight two-year-olds sold averaging $145k, placing him behind Savabeel (5 sold), Darci Brahma (3 sold) and Sacred Falls (3 sold).

Four lots by Per Incanto are destined for Hong Kong and three to Australia, including one each to the leading stables of Ciaron Maher and David Eustace, and Chris Waller.

LA’S Per Incanto colts from Luscious Legs and Grace and Eva realised $280k and $250k respectively.

LA send out a huge vote of thanks to their consignors, Riversley Park and Kilgravin Lodge, and to NZB for a herculean effort, especially in ensuring overseas buyers had the confidence to invest as strongly as they did.

History, tradition, family, good values and lots of fun. Also when we inspect an LA yearling we do so with confidence in the horses’ upbringing, soundness and temperament. It’s a theory that has worked well because with Dominic we’ve bought the likes of Redeem The Dream and the stakeswinner Sir Lovesalot
