Per Incanto - Four Group 1's

There was a real LA and Central Districts feel to the result of the Group 1 Devan Plastics Levin Classic at Trentham on Saturday as Gary Harding's brilliant filly Bonham (Per Incanto-Fortune's Choice by Redoute's Choice) took out the 1600m feature from the Fairdale bred Brando, with the Helen Phinney bred and part owned Nadeem gelding Wild Moose, the bravest of thirds.

Bred by LA and Stuart McLeod, Bonham was a $160,000 purchase by Gary Harding from LA's 2019 Karaka Book 1 draft.

Bonham is Per Incanto's fourth Group 1 winner and 17th individual stakes winner.

LA has an outstanding line-up of Per Incanto fillies heading to the NZB National Yearling Sale at Karaka this week including a filly from the Pins mare Lakshmi for Jim Barlow, whose company Devan Plastics sponsor the Levin Classic.
